postpartum support
ON MATERNITY LEAVE UNTIL WINTER 2025
BIRTH IS JUST THE BEGINNING. POSTPARTUM IS THE SPACE WHERE YOU are reborn. a rite of passage in which you become forever changed.
We deserve to be reborn into softness in our fourth trimester, we need to be held as gently as our newborn.
Deep rest, nutrition, community, warming bodywork, and spiritual accompaniment; these are the five pillars of support that are vital for a nourishing postpartum. Our first forty days become the foundation on which our health and wellbeing later on in parenthood rests.
We hold and mother the mother, so that the mother can hold and mother her baby. We hold the mother because when she thrives, her family thrives. We hold the mother because when mothers are well, so are our communities. We mother the mothers because it’s what we have always done.
Postpartum care isn’t new. It is my purpose to weave ritual and reverence back into matrescence, to mother the mother, to meet you where you’re at, so that your transition from maiden to mother feels as supportive and sacred as it deserves to be.
It is my greatest honour to hold you through this transition, to witness you in your vulnerability and your power, to sit with you in the messy magic of it all.
My deepest hope is that when you work with me, you feel the ripples that a healing and nourishing postpartum can have throughout your motherhood journey.

6 weeks of support
Gold Coast and surrounds
Nourishment and nurturing from the comfort of your home as you become the parent that you need to be. I will honour your beginnings as you traverse matrescence, and ensure you get the support you deserve to thrive.
This includes two prenatal planning sessions and six weeks of postpartum support.
Using knowledge passed onto me by the wise women I have trained with, and inspired by traditional postpartum practices, Ayurveda, TCM and folk herbalism, my approach to postpartum is one of gentle tenderness, while also being acutely aware of the person you are.
We’ll meet before your baby is born to plan your postpartum, to delve into just what you need to heal and thrive, and how we can make this happen in your own individual circumstances. My support begins from the moment we begin to work together, with unlimited phone support throughout pregnancy.
Once your baby is born I’ll be there with healing foods and support unique to your pregnancy and birth journey. You’ll have six visits - one per week - your final visit being your closing ceremony; a doorstep drop-off of postpartum love in the first 48 hours after your baby is born; and phone support whenever you need it in the in-between times. My care is mother-led and no visit looks the same, dependent on your and your baby’s needs for that day. Each package includes the closing of the bones - wrapping and bathing and holding and loving on the mother.
