A limited Samhain offering

A bath soak to be used in a ritual bath, crafted for spiritual protection and in honour of this time of Samhain. Samhain is traditionally a time when the veil is said to be thin and we remember ancestors, it is the last harvest of the year, when darkness descends as winter comes.

This bath soak contains epsom salts, rosemary, mugwort and lavender.

Bath soaks have been used as part of ritual for as long as we remember, Herbs carefully chosen for their various properties and benefits, both physical and spiritual, to be steeped and bathed in. These herbs have been chosen for this liminal time of Samhain, when the veil is between earth ands spirit is thin. Rosemary has been used in many cultures as a herb for both protection and remembrance. Mugwort is said to be a herb for dreaming and the liminal, a true women’s herb full of rich wisdom. Lavender has often been used as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, while also having its own protective qualities and the ability to cleanse negative energies.

For a ritual bath pour ½ to 1 cup of bath soak into a warm bath, or for a more potent bath steep the mixture like a tea in hot water until cooled before emptying into the bath. Breathe with intention.
